I can see what you were trying to do with this but

It does need some help in the perspective department.
The line art is very clean and nice however, so you have tremendous possibility.
Just Needs a little tweaking- Her head should be a little bigger, and arms a bit thinner, more tapered.
There's a site on the internet with alot of good perspective references- I can't think of it right now, but it's very helpful.
Keep on the good work, and don't be offended with critique c:

Ornate and fun~

This costume has a very fun design~
The hot bubble gum pink of her dress clashes a bit with the richer colors of her hair and armor... But still a very intricate design~
